I work with individuals and groups who are motivated to make changes in their lives. Most people want some or more of the following:
Themes of our sessions are personal development, goal identification and creation of action plans. Others are curious and exploring career transitions and performance development in their current roles. What is coaching? Coaching is a partnership, a collaborative relationship between coach and client. It is a process of exploration and discovery that leads to empowerment Coaching is a unique and distinct profession using a body of knowledge, a technology and a style of relating that focuses on the development of human potential. The coach and client develop a creative and collaborative environment. Coaching is not consulting or therapy. The difference in coaching is the coach addresses what needs to take place in the present and stays with you until it is accomplished. What do you want to accomplish in this year And what is your plan to make that dream a reality. I believe with the proper amount of support and structure, a person can do just about anything. How does Coaching Work? The synergy between the coach and the client creates momentum. Goals that are clearly defined are more easily attained. These goals are best rooted in our values and what we say is most important in our lives. Ways we can work together Individual - one on one over the phone for 30 to 45 minutes, 2-3 times a month. We can determine what would work best for you. Some prefer 30-minute sessions weekly. Group - 8-10 individuals with interest in common themes such as goal setting, skill development in setting boundaries, find your passion, personal path.
